These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the iOS apps of Akrolitycs LLC ("Akrolitycs", "we", "us", "our"), currently AkroDaily and AkroPower, of this website and of our marketing services. By downloading or using an app, visiting the website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Part A — Our apps
A1. Licence
The apps are licensed, not sold. Their use is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) together with these Terms.
A2. Prices and purchases
- AkroDaily: paid download plus a monthly auto-renewable subscription per device. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
- AkroPower: free download. An optional one-time in-app purchase (Pro) unlocks full editing. It is not a subscription: it is paid once, linked to the Apple account that bought it, and can be restored with "Restore purchases".
Prices are shown on the App Store and in the app before each purchase. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Apple; refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
A3. Professional use
The apps are operational support tools for restaurants. The user remains responsible for carrying out checks, for food safety and workplace safety, for compliance with applicable laws and with equipment manufacturers' instructions. Any energy savings with AkroPower depend on how the plan is set and followed and are not guaranteed.
A4. Your data
Data entered in the apps stays on your device (see our Privacy Policy). We cannot access or recover it: export your reports and configurations if you need to keep them.
A5. Updates and availability
We may update the apps, add or change features, or discontinue them. Availability of each app may vary by country.
Part B — Website and marketing services
B1. Services
Akrolitycs provides web marketing, social media planning, digital advertising and graphic design services. Scope, deliverables and fees of each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement with the client.
B2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to do anything that could damage, disable or impair it or interfere with others' use of it.
B3. Client deliverables
Ownership and usage rights of deliverables created for clients (such as ad creative, designs or campaign materials) are governed by the specific agreement signed with the client.
Part C — General
C1. Intellectual property
The apps, the website and their content, including text, graphics and logos, belong to Akrolitycs LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
C2. No warranty
The apps, the website and general information are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.
C3. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Akrolitycs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the apps, the website or our services.
C4. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, including the regulations of the Sharjah Media City Free Zone, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
C5. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted means acceptance of the revised Terms.

Questi Termini di servizio ("Termini") regolano l'uso delle app iOS di Akrolitycs LLC ("Akrolitycs", "noi"), attualmente AkroDaily e AkroPower, di questo sito e dei nostri servizi di marketing. Scaricando o usando un'app, visitando il sito o affidandoci un incarico, accetti questi Termini.
Parte A — Le nostre app
A1. Licenza
Le app sono concesse in licenza, non vendute. Il loro uso è regolato dal contratto di licenza per l'utente finale di Apple (Standard EULA) insieme a questi Termini.
A2. Prezzi e acquisti
- AkroDaily: download a pagamento più un abbonamento mensile con rinnovo automatico per dispositivo. L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso, nelle impostazioni del tuo account App Store (Impostazioni → il tuo nome → Abbonamenti).
- AkroPower: download gratuito. Un acquisto in-app una tantum (Pro), facoltativo, sblocca la modifica completa. Non è un abbonamento: si paga una volta, resta legato all'account Apple che l'ha acquistato e si recupera con "Ripristina acquisti".
I prezzi sono indicati sull'App Store e nell'app prima di ogni acquisto. Pagamento, fatturazione e rimborsi sono gestiti da Apple; le richieste di rimborso passano da reportaproblem.apple.com.
A3. Uso professionale
Le app sono strumenti di supporto operativo per la ristorazione. L'utente resta responsabile dell'esecuzione dei controlli, della sicurezza alimentare e sul lavoro, del rispetto delle leggi applicabili e delle istruzioni dei produttori delle apparecchiature. Gli eventuali risparmi energetici con AkroPower dipendono da come il piano viene impostato e seguito e non sono garantiti.
A4. I tuoi dati
I dati inseriti nelle app restano sul tuo dispositivo (vedi la nostra Privacy Policy). Non possiamo accedervi né recuperarli: esporta rapporti e configurazioni se ti servono.
A5. Aggiornamenti e disponibilità
Possiamo aggiornare le app, aggiungere o modificare funzioni o interromperle. La disponibilità di ogni app può variare da paese a paese.
Parte B — Sito web e servizi di marketing
B1. Servizi
Akrolitycs fornisce servizi di web marketing, pianificazione social, pubblicità digitale e grafica. Ambito, consegne e compensi di ogni incarico sono definiti in una proposta o in un accordo separato con il cliente.
B2. Uso del sito
Ti impegni a usare questo sito solo per scopi leciti e a non compiere azioni che possano danneggiarlo, disattivarlo o comprometterlo, o interferire con l'uso da parte di altri.
B3. Materiali per i clienti
Proprietà e diritti d'uso dei materiali creati per i clienti (creatività pubblicitarie, grafiche, materiali di campagna) sono regolati dall'accordo specifico firmato con il cliente.
Parte C — Disposizioni generali
C1. Proprietà intellettuale
Le app, il sito e i loro contenuti, compresi testi, grafiche e loghi, appartengono ad Akrolitycs LLC o ai suoi licenziatari e non possono essere riprodotti senza consenso scritto, salvo quanto consentito dalla legge.
C2. Nessuna garanzia
Le app, il sito e le informazioni generali sono forniti "così come sono", senza garanzie di alcun tipo, nei limiti consentiti dalla legge. Non garantiamo che siano privi di errori o sempre disponibili.
C3. Limitazione di responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, Akrolitycs LLC non risponde di danni indiretti, incidentali o consequenziali derivanti dall'uso delle app, del sito o dei nostri servizi.
C4. Legge applicabile
Questi Termini sono regolati dalle leggi applicabili negli Emirati Arabi Uniti, compresi i regolamenti della Sharjah Media City Free Zone, fatte salve le norme inderogabili a tutela dei consumatori del paese di residenza.
C5. Modifiche
Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini. Continuare a usare app, sito o servizi dopo la pubblicazione delle modifiche ne comporta l'accettazione.
